Daniel is an experienced finance leader and Chartered Accountant with a background in M&A, business performance improvement, stakeholder management, complex financial analysis and restructuring across a variety of industries.

He spent over 14 years in public practice before moving into commerce, leading the finance function for a national pharmacy management group operating 115 pharmacies under a complex management structure involving 160 entities.

Daniel also led the Commercial Finance team at VetPartners, the largest veterinary care network in Australia and New Zealand, working closely with the PE investment management team on the assessment and management of acquisitions, corporate structuring and debt management.

He has a hands-on approach to leadership and problem solving, with a focus on creating a supportive team culture that encourages ownership, initiative, adaptability and continuous improvement.
